The role primarily is accountable for the Cost to Serve through analyzing and forecasting. This role is also to involve into Budget and Business Plan Preparation and other Business Performance and Advice analysis to cater for business needs.Responsibilities:Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.Financial Reporting - Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other cross function department to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide explanations and recommendations to management.Planning and Control for Management DecisionPreparing data required in planning and controlling operationsPreparing data in connection with day-to-day decisions or special projects that require a choice among alternative courses of actionReviewing Capital Expenditure approval and implementation to make sure an effective and efficient capex spendingQualification and/or experience required:Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance backgroundHaving extensive experiences in FMCG or Manufacturing industriesHaving various Finance and Accounting challenges and exposure from many industriesPossess excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skillsAt NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
